You can request utensils when ordering from restaurants on our platform. After you add items to your cart, you’ll see a toggle labeled “Include Utensils?” - simply switch it to “Yes” if you’d like utensils included with your order.
By default, this option is set to “No” because many of the areas we serve have local laws that aim to cut down on waste and support more sustainable practices.
Once your order is placed, we’re not able to add utensils to the order. However, you can reach out to our Customer Support team and we'll do our best to help.
